Declaration from the Client

1. The client declares that s/he is applying with the correct details to purchase the units of the scheme after carefully reading the prospectus/scheme related documents published by the fund manager and has completely understood the risk associated with it.
2. The client hereby declares that the information provided in his/her Beneficial Owner Account is accurate and understand the responsibility of updating the information whenever necessary, and consent to the fund manager using the information for KYC purpose.
3. The client declares that the amount invested in the scheme is not intended for money laundering and/or terrorist financing activities and has been obtained from a legitimate source.
